For the purpose of interpretation of these terms and condition the following terms will be construed to mean the following:

The following terms must be adhered to by any prospective user of SkrinAd. These terms and conditions define the extent of SkrinAd’s liability in case of a default on the part of the buyer or  user, of any of the terms mentioned below, if any, and will generally exclude SkrinAd from Liability in the event of non-compliance to such conditions as provided below.

When registering on SkrinAd or using our service and/or API, a user is required to fill out his CORRECT and UP-TO-DATE details. If a user provides a wrong name or wrong email address (his, or in case of a separate user, that user’s) the effects of such actions are listed below:

In the event of any of the above circumstances, SkrinAd will NOT be liable for any inconveniences arising therefrom, and will not also be liable for any refunds. 

Note: In event of an occurrence of two or more combinations of the above listed circumstances, the above will apply independently.

If the buyer desires to cancel a registration or a service request, the user is required to send a cancellation email to support@SkrinAd.me, quoting the service to be cancelled. Please note that the registered email address of the user on SkrinAd should be used to send the cancellation email. 

For services request involving 3rd parties, the terms and conditions of cancellation as defined by the 3rd party shall be executed before those of SkrinAd

The Service consists of a mobile application and browser interface, message application, API gateway access, e-mail facility, data encryption, data transmission, data access, data storage and, if applicable, synchronization software. The User is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all mobile devices and computer hardware, updated software and communications equipment needed to access the Service, and for paying all access charges (e.g., ISP, telecommunications) incurred while using the Service including 3rd part application development using our APIs

SkrinAd makes no guarantees as to the continuous availability of the Service or any specific feature(s) of the Service. SkrinAd reserves the right to change or terminate the Service and/ or alter the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time with on 14 days ‘ notice. All fees paid to SkrinAd when such termination occurs are addressed in the sections below.

SkrinAd reserves the right to cancel any user account, points and associated profile without notice if it is noticed that the user has violated one or more terms as outlined in this document or other document that will be published from time to time by SkrinAd and/or all it affiliations and partners.

For 3rd party service request, messages shall be deemed to have been delivered when SkrinAd has delivered/sent the messages to the immediate destination that SkrinAd’s software is programmed to do, including API servers, Mobile telephone networks, or any other intermediary server or API that is deemed to be the point of dispatch of the message. SkrinAd does not guarantee delivery on behalf of Mobile telephone networks or mail servers.

SkrinAd Scratch & win promo runs on the SkrinAd app on FRIDAY only, to participate you must download the app on Google Play Store.

The promo starts 12:00 am and ends 11: 59pm every Friday From July 28th 2017 to Feb. 28th 2018

At regular intervals, participants must click on the banner which direct them to the Sratch & Win landing page where the system randomly selects up to 10 users every Friday for the prize

Lucky user that win must share on social media ( Facebook Precisely) to enable them submit their SkrinAd registered email to claim their reward.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement, SkrinAd grants the User an individual, personal, non-sub licensable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license (“the License”) to use its proprietary software and/or application service, in object code form only, and only in accordance with the applicable end user documentation, if any, and only in conjunction with the SkrinAd Service Agreement. The User will not, directly or indirectly, reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to establish the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of the software; modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the software/ application; or copy (except for archival purposes), rent, lease, distribute, assign, or otherwise transfer rights to the software/application; use the software/application for timesharing or service bureau purposes or otherwise for the benefit of a third party; or remove any proprietary notices or labels with regard to SkrinAd products and/or services. As between the parties, the User acknowledges that SkrinAd, and its licensors retain ownership of all propriety applications, software, intellectual property “IP” (Intellectual Property) and any portions or copies thereof, and all rights therein. Upon termination of this Service Agreement for any reason, this License will terminate and the User shall destroy and cease to use all software and applications.

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS SkrinAd, ITS AFFILIATES, UNDERLYING CARRIERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, EXPENSES, DAMAGES AND COSTS, INCLUDING REASONABLE LEGAL FEES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OF SkrinAd OR FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY SCHEDULE(S) BY YOU EXCEPT AND TO THE EXTENT OF ANY NEGLIGENCE OR MISCONDUCT ON THE PART OF SkrinAd. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION WILL SURVIVE TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT.
